Every Flavor Has A Story

Craft soda starts with flavor. Around here, it starts with a little history, too.

Before there was Louie Pop!, there were four friends in New Orleans, a kitchen full of homemade syrups, stacks of old Southern cookbooks and probably more fruit than any reasonable refrigerator should hold.

We weren’t trying to reinvent soda. We just wanted to make one we actually wanted to drink.

Something full of flavor but not full of synthetic colors and ingredients. Something interesting enough for the adults at the table, but simple enough that we’d happily hand a can to our kids. A soda made the way we thought soda should be made: with real fruit juice, natural cane sugar, a touch of monk fruit and a healthy respect for good taste.

And because this is New Orleans, boring flavors were never really an option.

Blackberry Lemon

Blackberries have a way of tasting like summer, especially the kind that comes with stained fingertips and a bowl that disappears faster than expected.

We pair that rich berry flavor with bright lemon for a craft soda that lands somewhere between juicy and refreshing. Familiar enough to know immediately, interesting enough to keep sipping.

It’s the kind of combination that works at a backyard barbecue, pulled from the cooler at a picnic or poured over ice with dinner.

Basically, anywhere.

Ginger Cucumber

Fresh cucumber keeps things crisp while ginger brings just enough bite. Together, they make a soda that feels light, refreshing and decidedly grown-up without becoming too serious about itself.

It’s unexpected for a soda. Which is exactly why we like it.

Strawberry Lemon

There are certain combinations that don’t need improving.

Strawberry and lemon is one of them.

Sweet, bright and a little tart, Strawberry Lemon takes two flavors everybody knows and gives them the Louie Pop! treatment. Real fruit-forward flavor, plenty of sparkle and none of the artificial neon-red nostalgia required.

Kids get it. Adults get it. The can tends to disappear quickly.

Hibiscus Cherry

Cherry soda has been around forever. We thought it deserved a little something extra. Enter hibiscus.

Floral, slightly tart hibiscus gives cherry more depth without losing everything that makes cherry soda fun in the first place. The result is bold, refreshing and just different enough from the sodas you grew up drinking.

Good Soda Starts With Good Ingredients

There’s a reason Louie Pop! tastes a little different from the sodas you grew up with.

We make our recipes with real fruit juice, natural cane sugar and a touch of monk fruit, inspired by the seasonal ingredients, food culture and craft drinking traditions we love about New Orleans.

We made these flavors because they tasted really, really good. And at the end of the day, that’s still what soda is supposed to do.

Real juice. Craft soda. No funny stuff.
